- 90 grams Red Ripe Cherry Tomatoes
- 42 grams 1/2 a medium lemon raw without peel
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil

In a large mixing bowl, add chopped parsley, sliced onion, and tomatoes. Top with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper and toss to combine.
