Ingredients
  

  • 1 Whole Cucumber
  • 10 Oz Can of Tuna (Large)
  • 1 Medium Avocado
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Siracha sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Pickled ginger
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce

Instructions
 

  • Mix the drained tuna, mayo, sriracha and sesame oil in a medium bowl.
  • Refrigerate
  • Slice the avocado thinly
  • Slice cucumber into ribbons with vegetable peeler or mandolin and pat dry with a paper towel.
  • Top a slice with tuna, thin avocado slices and roll.
  • Top with soy sauce and pickled ginger
