- 1 Whole Cucumber
- 10 Oz Can of Tuna (Large)
- 1 Medium Avocado
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Siracha sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Pickled ginger
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
Mix the drained tuna, mayo, sriracha and sesame oil in a medium bowl.
Refrigerate
Slice the avocado thinly
Slice cucumber into ribbons with vegetable peeler or mandolin and pat dry with a paper towel.
Top a slice with tuna, thin avocado slices and roll.
Top with soy sauce and pickled ginger
