- 114 grams Raw Broccoli
- 105 grams Coconut Milk
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
Chop broccoli.
Add coconut milk and broccoli to a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Simmer about 5 minutes and remove from heat.
Allow to cool a few minutes, then transfer to blender and blend until smooth.
Transfer back to saucepan to reheat and add spices.
