Detox Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 114 grams Raw Broccoli
  • 105 grams Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Chop broccoli.
  • Add coconut milk and broccoli to a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Simmer about 5 minutes and remove from heat.
  • Allow to cool a few minutes, then transfer to blender and blend until smooth.
  • Transfer back to saucepan to reheat and add spices.
