  • 150 grams Raw Parsley
  • 19.2 grams Sliced Onion
  • 90 grams Red Ripe Cherry Tomatoes
  • 42 grams 1/2 a medium lemon raw without peel
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 dash Salt
  • 1/2 dash Pepper


  • In a large mixing bowl, add chopped parsley, sliced onion, and tomatoes. Top with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper and toss to combine.
  • Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed server immediately
