Basil Cucumber Gazpacho Soup
- 1/4 clove Garlic
- 1/4 Bell pepper 1/4 Medium green bell pepper
- 1/2 cucumber peeled raw
- 1 1/4 tbsp Chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 dash Salt
- 1/4 dash Pepper
- 12 grams Scallions. Spring onions or scallions including tops and bulb
- Peel garlic. Cut cucumber and green pepper into large chunks.
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Serve chilled.
