  • 1/4 clove Garlic
  • 1/4 Bell pepper 1/4 Medium green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cucumber peeled raw
  • 1 1/4 tbsp Chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 dash Salt
  • 1/4 dash Pepper
  • 12 grams Scallions. Spring onions or scallions including tops and bulb


  • Peel garlic. Cut cucumber and green pepper into large chunks.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Serve chilled.
