Egg and Onion Scramble

Ingredients
- 2 eggs 2 Medium eggs
- 70 grams Onions
- 1 dash Pepper
- 2 tsp white vinegar
- 1/3 Second Pam non-stick
Instructions
- Dice onion. Whisk eggs and add the onion, pepper, and vinegar.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and coat with non-stick spray.
- Pour egg mixture into the pan and scramble until eggs have reached desired doneness, about 5-10 minutes.
