  • 2 eggs 2 Medium eggs
  • 70 grams Onions
  • 1 dash Pepper
  • 2 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/3 Second Pam non-stick


  • Dice onion. Whisk eggs and add the onion, pepper, and vinegar.
  • Heat a pan over medium heat and coat with non-stick spray.
  • Pour egg mixture into the pan and scramble until eggs have reached desired doneness, about 5-10 minutes.
