Grilled Romaine with Lemon
- 1 Head Romaine lettuce (Approx 626 grams)
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1 Dash Salt
- 1 Dash Pepper
- 3 Grams Lemon juice fresh squeezed
- Cut romaine head in half lengthwise, brush with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, place on medium grill for 3-4 minutes until slightly charred, grill lemon at the same time. Squeeze grilled lemon juice on top and enjoy.
