Keto Cauliflower Mashed "Potatoes"
Keto Cauliflower mash that tastes like mashed potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 medium Head of cauliflower
- 4 tbsp Chives (Green Onions)
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 4 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- Chop a medium head of cauliflower into medium sized pieces.
- Fill a pot with water, bring to a rolling boil and placea steamer on top.
- Add cauliflower and steam for 10-15 minutes until softened.
- Add to a food processor with butter, garlic powder and a pinch of salt.
- Puree and serve with chopped chives
