Tuna Stuffed Pepper
A delicious low calorie high protein source
Ingredients
- 119 Grams 1 Medium red bell pepper
- 1 Can Drained light Tuna
- 1 Medium Cucumber peeled and chopped
- 1 tbsp Prepared yellow mustard
Instructions
- Mix the tuna with the sliced cucumber and one tbsp of mustard.
- Slice bell pepper in half and clean out seeds. Fill both halves with mixture.
