  • 119 Grams 1 Medium red bell pepper
  • 1 Can Drained light Tuna
  • 1 Medium Cucumber peeled and chopped
  • 1 tbsp Prepared yellow mustard


  • Mix the tuna with the sliced cucumber and one tbsp of mustard.
  • Slice bell pepper in half and clean out seeds. Fill both halves with mixture.
