Detox Broccoli Soup
Good Veggies and Good Fats all in one delicious soup
Ingredients
- 114 grams Raw Broccoli
- 105 grams Coconut Milk
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
Instructions
- Chop broccoli.
- Add coconut milk and broccoli to a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Simmer about 5 minutes and remove from heat.
- Allow to cool a few minutes, then transfer to blender and blend until smooth.
- Transfer back to saucepan to reheat and add spices.
