Keto Sushi | Deliciously Low Carb Spicy Tuna Roll
Amazing Keto and Paleo friendly Low Carb Sushi Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 Whole Cucumber
- 10 Oz Can of Tuna (Large)
- 1 Medium Avocado
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Siracha sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Pickled ginger
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
Instructions
- Mix the drained tuna, mayo, sriracha and sesame oil in a medium bowl.
- Refrigerate
- Slice the avocado thinly
- Slice cucumber into ribbons with vegetable peeler or mandolin and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Top a slice with tuna, thin avocado slices and roll.
- Top with soy sauce and pickled ginger
